products that you purchase from us. We strive to ensure that our
products and services lead our industry and offer the best value

We have prepared this section of our web site to tell you about
our policies and how we will help you if a product or service
doesn't meet your expectations.
Returns Policy
You can return any product for any reason within 30 days of the
original purchase date for an exchange, credit or refund at the
price originally paid for the product. For non-faulty items you
are responsible for the postage costs to return your items. You
must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before
sending any items back. Your items must arrive within 30 days of
the original purchase date to qualify for an exchange, credit or
refund. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting
which is a free service offered by your local Post Office when
returning items to us.
If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the
packaging and inform us immediately, giving us as much
information as possible.
We may take up to seven days to issue a refund; in the case of
returned items the seven days will start from the day the items
are received by our warehouse. We reserve the right in any case
to issue a refund by cheque.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing
Our prices are regularly checked and our competitors' pricing
monitored to ensure that we are competitive. This is why you may
notice price fluctuations on our web site from time to time.
Market forces also govern our pricing and we reserve the right to
change prices without notice. The price shown in your shopping
basket is the price that you will pay for the items when you
order; the cost of your order will not change after you have
placed it.
All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and
you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds
Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay
will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your
transaction is processed.
Sales Tax (VAT)
Our prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable.
Goods sent to private individuals within the EU will attract VAT
at the current UK rate.
Delivery of goods
Delivery is free for selected items shipped to addresses in the
United Kingdom. The delivery (or shipping) charge will be based
on the weight and value of the items you order and will be
automatically calculated during the checkout process. You will be
able to review any delivery charge before you place your order.
Over 90% of our products offered are in stock and available for
immediate dispatch. Orders received before 3pm will almost
certainly be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday,
subject to stock availability).
If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your
order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this,
if you have not provided a valid email address with your order we
will not be able to advise you if there is a delay.
We will not take payment from your account until your order is
ready to be dispatched, this means that you do not pay for goods
we do not have in stock. We can send your order in multiple
shipments if part of your order is out of stock, we call this a
"part dispatch".
If you have received an e-mail informing you that items have been
dispatched, you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not
receive your items within seven working days you should contact
us.
